The diet of Cindy Crawford
This beautiful and slender woman sticks to the so called “Low Carb Diet” which is developed by Dr. Barry Sears. This effective system of feeding and dieting does not only gather a lot of followers but is also acknowledged by a lot of medical institutions, research centers and health organizations all over the worldThe only disadvantage of the diet is that you will have difficulties keeping it especially if you are surrounded by people who are used to eating everything. The diet is good enough for all the people and if you keep it strictly you will not only get rid of the overweight but you will not allow your body to get the kilos back. There is no need of extra physical exercises and the diet also protects your organism against heart diseases.
The main principle of the diet is to observe the content of the things you eat: 40 % carbohydrate, 30% fat, 30% proteins.
You should have a meal five- six times a day or less if necessary. The diet should be kept for at least 2-3 weeks.
